What is my Username?
If you registered as a Seafarer, you also had the option of activating your online Seafarer account. If you activated your online account, your Username is your Seafarer Identification Number (SIN) e.g. IEFG053633-20
What if I forgot my Username?
You will need a Seafarer Identification Number (SIN) before any certificate is issued to you. If you hold a Certificate of Competency or a Radio Certificate, a Seafarer Identification Number (SIN) will already have been assigned to you. Please check any certificate that was issued to you by the MMO.
What is my Password?
If you registered as a Seafarer, you also had the option of activating your online Seafarer account. If you activated your online account, your Password is the password you chose when creating your online seafarer account.
What if I forgot my password?
Use the Forgotten Password link to request a password reset email. You will need your Seafarer Identification Number (SIN) or the email address you used when you registered as a Seafarer to request a password reset email. You will also need the answers to the security questions you were asked when activating your online account. What if I have no Seafarer Identification Number (SIN)
Go to www.seafarers.ie and select Register as a Seafarer and activate your online account
What if I have a Seafarer Identification Number (SIN) but I did not activate my online account?

What if I try to login in but am getting “Invalid Logon, your user account has been blocked”
